OUR MINISTRIES

The Next Generation.

We have a blast with our kids at church.  We believe that everything we do in Children's ministry should be CFI...creative, fun, and impactful. We seek to pour into our kids the life-giving power of the Word of God, and we look to do that in an atmosphere that is fun and exciting.  For every age group, we use appropriate passages of Scripture reinforced through storytelling, worship songs, activities, and drama.  We want to help every kid know what the Bible says and how to live that out in their phase of life.  Legacy is blessed to have an amazing team on Sunday mornings who make this happen!

EDGE Student Ministries serves 6th-12th graders and has students from all around the QC area! Our goal is to help teens continue to develop an authentic faith in Jesus Christ, and to identify the talents and passions God has instilled in them to be used for His Glory! We like to keep things simple, so here's our motto: Love God. Love People. Make Disciples. We like to have fun together as well! EDGE meets weekly on Wednesdays from 6:00-8:00 PM. We play games, eat, hang-out together, hear a message, and experience small groups! Once a month we hold a service activity and a fun/connection event that students can participate in. We'd love to see you there!

Orange is more than just our Color!

It's so much more than a color here at Legacy.  Orange represents a philosophy, a way of discipleship for every phase of life.  While it affects our entire church, it makes an enormous impact on how we do Children's ministry.  We are constantly working with every phase of life to connect them to a thriving relationship with our awesome God.  So whether creating Wonder in our littlest kids, helping our bigger kids Discover more about God, instilling a lifelong Passion for God in our teens, or encouraging our adults to Say Yes to our next generation.  Orange affects every phase of life in our church.

Our Theme

Our Sisterhood works together to encourage you to Meet Him At The Well.

JOHN 4

It’s such a beautiful story of how Jesus reached out to a woman who was viewed as unclean and unwanted in society. She was a Samaritan woman, which Jews and Samaritans did not interact. She had been divorced 5 times. Despite all of her flaws, Jesus did the unthinkable for that time. He spent time with her in broad daylight, discussed life with her, and even confessed to her that He was the Messiah. He met her where she was and gave her living water.

The story doesn’t stop there: after meeting Christ, the woman went back into the city to tell others she had met the Messiah. That is our job as well. Christ will meet us at The Well no matter where we are in our lives, but then we should go to and tell others.

The Well

It is our reminder that Christ will meet you no matter where you are in your life, no matter what you have been through or done. He will meet us. The Well is our reminder that we have been given living water. We have been given a Messiah. The Well is our reminder of our loving God who despite what the world would have done will meet us and love and cherish us as women and already knows what we've been through. He will meet you AT THE WELL

Coffee & Friends

Our New Mom's ClubOur newest ministry with the goal of creating an environment of encouragement, mom pampering, and friend-making. We want you to leave with something you can invest in yourself and your children.

This class runs only on the first Sunday of each month at 9:45 AM. It is for moms with kids that are aged from newborn to kindergarten.

Best Friends of Five

Get connected, grow together, pray for each other, and support each other in life! Based on Mark 2, we believe having best friends is important to your walk with Christ. The paralytic was carried by four other men to Jesus for healing. Having friends who are willing to carry you to Jesus is so important. We keep it simple with Best 5 Friends and hope you'll join us. Grab a cup of coffee together, inspire one another, and lift each other up.

Sprouts & Blooms

We would love for you to sign up to partner with one person this GO GROW year — to share prayer requests and to pray for each other.

Praying for others brings friendship and a deeper love for Jesus! (Galatians 6:2 & Matthew 9:1-8)

Helping carry each other mats in prayer (Mark 2:3-11), bearing one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and holding each other’s arms up in prayer (Exodus 17) helps you ‘Sprout & Bloom’ into a deeper relationship with Him!

Here’s our favorite song that will encourage you!

We believe that a church must grow smaller as it grows larger, and we have been blessed to be growing larger!  We also believe that everyone in this world needs some great friends.  Discipleship for believers is not just about learning, it is also about relationships.  At Legacy, we want to encourage every person in our church family to be a part of a small group where those relationships and friendships can be cultivated.  Our small group model, Community Groups, is designed to help everyone at Legacy find and develop great friendships with other believers.  If you would like to get more involved please contact us.  If you would like to know more about the model we use, pick up a copy of Larry Osborne's Sticky Church.
